After the initial contact, you will receive questions from us that will help us better understand your product and the goals you have for the service you’ve ordered.
Based on this information, we will create a concept (e.g., storyboard, visualization) that we will send to you for review. We won’t proceed with the execution until you approve this stage. It’s very important that you are satisfied with the entire concept and know what to expect.
Throughout the process, we will keep you updated on the progress of the project so you have full control over every stage.

Since we create materials using 3D graphics, you don’t need to send us your product. All we need are a few photos of the product to accurately recreate its shape and texture, and (if you have it) the product label.
The deadline is set individually, depending on the complexity of the project. For animated advertisement projects, you can expect the completion time to be up to 12 days from the order submission.
